I know I haven’t been on here in a while, but we have had going on!
Last month we had a revival with a Pastor that is here from Campeche, Mexico. God moved so powerfully, and three people gave their lives to Jesus! We have been very excited working with these new people. I’ll put some pics in for y’all to see.
Also, this month we had our very first marriage seminar. It was honestly such a blessing to have Pastor Calixto Alvarez from Chetumal to come and preach for us. We had such a great and uplifting time. Again…here are some more pics.
I am so grateful that God has allowed my husband and I to be apart of this great revival here in Merida, Yucatan. We look forward to all that God is going to be doing in the following months.
We really do appreciate it.
God Bless You!
I just wanted to jump on here quickly to give you, and myself, a little bit of encouragement. I know that we’re halfway through the second week of the “new year, new me”, and maybe you’ve fallen behind on your resolutions. I’m here to tell you that EVERYDAY IS A FRESH START. Whether that means on your sleep schedule, your morning prayer, your bible reading, your workouts, ANYTHING, you fill it in, God gives us a fresh start everyday that we wake up.
I, personally, gave myself the first week of the new year to just relax. Breathe. We all need it sometimes. So now this week I was able to start with a fresh mind. I’m praying for God to help me. That when I fail, I don’t just give up because God doesn’t give up on us.
Our church is going to be having a revival here this weekend, and your prayers would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I’m trying to see what day of the week I should post, and I wanted your feedback on when y’all would like to see new stuff, so please leave me a comment. God Bless!
Hello Friends! Happy New Year!
I hope that everyone had a wonderful time with family and friends, and you all ate delicious food!
Just wanted to come on here and tell you guys that this blog has been on my mind a lot recently. I haven’t posted as much as I would have wanted to, but hopefully I can get better at that with time. I’m not going to say that it’s a new year’s resolution…but…you get the point, right? Lol. This year just feels like its going to be different. I feel as if God is going to take me, my husband, our church, our ministry, just life in general, to a whole new level that we have never experienced before. My husband feels it too. We are both very excited for this new year. Especially with the church! My husband has an event planned almost every month! He’s crazy, LOL, but I believe that God is putting these events in his heart so that we, as a church, can grow spiritually.
That is my one resolution this year. I want to experience God like I never have before, and that only comes from reading and fasting on His word. I’ve never been crazy about reading, I don’t like to do it, I would rather hear an audiobook; but I know that the moment that I’m able to discipline myself with that, He will begin to show me new things.
I want this year to be completely dedicated to God. No excuses. No attitudes. No laziness. Just God.
Hope everyone has an amazing first week!
Just wanted to hop on here real quick…because I haven’t for about a month, and let y’all know what’s new.
About a month ago, our church had it’s very first baptisms. We have been opened now for a year, and so we thought it would be a good idea to give the people an opportunity to get baptized. We were all so excited so we decided to link up with another one of our fellowship churches here in Merida and do a huge fellowship. It was sooooo much fun, and our people really enjoyed it. Here are some pictures of the people who got baptized.
God has blessed us so much with the opportunity to really get to know these people and lead them to Jesus. We’re excited for God to continue to move in their lives.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures!
Yes…it’s 2 A.M. right now, and I’m awake. SOOO why not write a blog post right? Right.
I’ve been away from the blog for a while now because my husband and I went to a Bible Conference in San Antonio, Texas. Seriously, it was the best Bible conference I have ever been a part of. God spoke to me on so many levels and in so many areas of my life! How to be a better wife and Christian. All the things that I have been struggling with. It’s like God wanted us there just for that, but believe me…it was not easy getting there!

First off I want to thank you for checking out my blog. I’m going to be honest…I have tried to start about two other blogs, but they just weren’t what I wanted. I deleted them (obviously lol) and now I’m coming to you with “Elianna’s Entries”. It took my forever to come up with this name, but I’m finally happy with it.
I want this blog to be a place where I can share my experiences with you. I am a missionary’s wife in Merida, Yucatan Mexico, and we are just getting started. My content will be about my life here as a missionary, along with other things like organizing and lifestyle tips.
I hope you will come along with me on this journey. I am excited for what God has planned here in Merida and also what’s in store for our future.
Here are some pictures of what’s gone on so far…Enjoy!
